This all occurred in Oak Harbor, Washington. The Mayor's name is Scott Dudley (contact info at the link...I'm lookin' at YOU, Thayrone**), his four year term as Mayor started on 01JAN12. Put his name if your "tickle file" and maybe toss him a couple of bucks in 2015.

I wasn't ready to tackle a 'Jeopardy' category on Jeff Cooper so I clicked the Wiki link.
I think the Jack Holes that are trying to take away our rights need to read some of his stuff...
