54 days to go so anyway, insert your own "lipstick" joke here. I find it rather amusing that Governor Palin has gotten so deep under Senator Obama's (very) thin skin that he's becoming un-hinged. Noel over at Cold Fury makes with the funny: "Two social workers were walking down the street, when they heard moans and groans coming from an alley. When they walked into the alley, they found a crime victim, beaten and bloody. One social worker turns to the other and said "You know, whoever did this really needs our help." So they organized the community and then ran for president." I haven't seen this yet, but it comes highly recommended from a reader. If I understand it correctly, it's a locally made pro-McCain ad, put together by a recent veteran of the war on islamofascism. The referrer's comments sum it up: A good article to read - especially for us in Detroit for whom the current economic condition is really hitting hard. Federal government keeps spending billions of dollars to bail out financial companies (Bears Sterns, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, to name the few) that knowingly made risky loans. We as tax payers are supporting this and same reckless behavior will continue. Ace has a good explanation on why you should take all the polls with a grain of salt.
